Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria
    • Open to all registered Travelclub agents and sub-agents. 
    • Only confirmed, non-cancelled bookings made between July 1 – July 31, 2025 (11:59 PM GST) will be considered. 
2. Booking Milestones (Slabs) & Rewards
    • AED 250,000 → Apple AirPods 4 (1 winner) 
    • AED 500,000 → Dyson Cordless Vacuum Cleaner (1 winner) 
    • AED 750,000 → LG 65″ 4K Smart TV (1 winner) 
    • AED 1,000,000 → Apple MacBook Air M4 (16GB, 2025) (1 winner) 
3. Draw Process
    • A randomized lucky draw will be conducted for each slab tier. 
    • One winner will be chosen per slab based on the total booking value achieved. 
4. Booking Validation
    • Only invoices from valid, completed, and non-refunded bookings will qualify. 
    • Bookings must be recorded in the system with correct invoice values. 
5. Winner Announcement & Notification
    • Winners will be officially announced on or before August 5, 2025. 
    • Each winner will be contacted via their registered email and phone number. 
6. Prize Delivery
    • Prizes will be delivered or shipped within 30 working days after the winner confirmation. 
    • Delivery delays due to external factors will be communicated in advance. 
7. Rights Reserved
    • Travelclub reserves the right to modify or substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value. 

The company’s decision in case of disputes will be final and binding.
