• To make the booking experience easier and more comfortable, Travelclub
    offers an option to “On Hold” the booking for free until the time limit.
  • The option allows you to place the hotel reservation on hold, without any immediate payment. You can then make the payment at a later date, within a specified time-frame.
  • Start Holding the hotel bookings and pay later to avoid blocking your money unnecessarily.

 

How does it work ?

It’s very simple and can be done in 3 easy steps: Search -> Select -> On Hold   ! No payment required.

 

  • Search any hotel in Travelclub by city / hotel based search.
  • Select the rooms / room combination as per your customer requirement.
  • Proceed to “On Hold” the booking by reading the time limit to confirm / cancel later.
  • You can confirm / cancel the “On Hold” booking any time before the time limit.
  • No need to select any payment method and directly proceed to “On Hold”.

The booking will be held until 25th December 2022 10: 00 AM UTC +4

 

How to Confirm ?

You can confirm the “On Hold” booking on Travelclub any time before the time limit. You need to select the booking which you have placed “On Hold ” and select the “Confirm Booking” button on the dashboard and proceed to confirm by selecting the payment method.

 

How to Cancel ?

You can cancel the “On Hold” booking on Travelclub any time before the time limit.
You need to select the booking which you have placed “On Hold” and select the “Cancel Booking” button on the dashboard and proceed to confirm by selecting the payment method.

 

What if I miss canceling the “On Hold” Booking ?

The booking will be automatically canceled by the BOT / CSR team before the time limit. But don’t worry ! You will receive a notification so that you can decide to confirm or cancel the booking.

  • Travelclub.ae reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
  • Travelclub.ae shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.
