Terms & Conditions

Campaign Duration

  • The campaign is valid from September 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (“Good news! Campaign period extended till December!”).

  • Bookings made outside this period will not be considered for eligibility.

Eligibility

Open exclusively to:

    • Registered Travelclub customers

    • Licensed and registered travel agencies

    • Frequent bookers with an active Travelclub account

Participation Criteria

  • Participants must book a minimum of AED 300,000 worth of hotels through Travelclub during the Campaign Period.

  • Only hotel bookings qualify towards the campaign target; other travel services are excluded.

  • Bookings must be fully paid, confirmed, and not canceled to be counted.

Prize Details – FAM Trip to Azerbaijan

  • Qualified winners will be invited to join a Familiarization (FAM) Trip to Azerbaijan organized by Travelclub.

  • Travel Period: January – February 2026 (exact dates to be confirmed by Travelclub).

  • Purpose of the FAM Trip:

    • To provide participants with first-hand experience of Azerbaijan’s travel products and services.

    • To strengthen professional knowledge and enable participants to better promote the destination to their customers.

Inclusions

  • Return economy-class airfare from UAE

  • Hotel accommodation during the scheduled trip

  • Transfers and transportation as per the official itinerary

  • Guided tours and networking sessions organized by Travelclub

  • Selected meals as included in the program

Exclusions

  • Visa fees (if applicable)

  • Travel insurance (mandatory and must be arranged by the participant)

  • Personal expenses, optional tours, or additional activities outside the official itinerary

  • Any costs not expressly mentioned under “Inclusions”

Winner Selection

  • All participants who meet the campaign threshold will be eligible for consideration.

  • Travelclub reserves the right to select and confirm participants based on booking volume and overall engagement.

  • Selected participants will be notified via email/phone within 15 working days after the Campaign Period ends.

General Conditions

  • The FAM Trip invitation is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

  • Travelclub reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign and/or FAM Trip at any time, with or without prior notice.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, insurance, and comply with all travel requirements.

  • By participating, entrants acknowledge and accept that the FAM Trip is an educational and professional opportunity, not a leisure holiday.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Travelclub shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond its control.

  • Any additional costs incurred beyond the official program are the sole responsibility of the participant.

  • All disputes will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to UAE court jurisdiction.
